Tabata- Way of exercises that will keep you in shape throughout the year (video)

We must admit that during winter we are not in the mood for longe exercise and sweating in the gym few hours, so tabata is the best choice not to become lazy, and do not to spend too much time.

Tabata is a workout that involves more high-intensity exercises with short periods of rest between reps. Usually time is measured, 30 seconds for one exercise, then goes 10 seconds of rest, quickly moving on to another exercise and so on. The objective is to activate more muscle groups in short period of time and bestir the whole body. Workout is short because exercises are high-intensity and more likely you would not withstand more. If you are a beginner you are doing exercises for 20 seconds with breaks of 10, and over time extend this period for five seconds at the time.

With the Tabata you can focus only on one muscle group that is most critical to you, and , as we already said, activate a whole group of muscles.

We are recommending that you do the exercises which will activate all your muscle groups, for example, start with the lunges, then do the exercises for abs, and buttocks and arms.

Here is how tabata training should look like. And what is the best is that you can do them at home, with no special equipment and does not last long.
