How to make beet juice

Basic ingredients:
  • carrots
  • beet
  • Vegetables of your choice
Wash beets and carrotsand remove the dirt with the help of small brush. If you are not sure if the vegetables are organic remove peel them, chop into cubes and place in a juicer or blender until you get a liquid.
If you want to enter as much nutrients  as possible it is recommended to grind the vegetables in a blender until  and you get a texture like shake. To fix the taste and add more vitamines you can add apples, celery, spinach, fresh pineapple, coconut, cucumber or some other vegetable that you like. If the juice is too thick, add a little water to be easier to grind the mixture, sweeteners are not recommended.

Warning: Beet juice should not be taken in large quantities because it is strong and can cause nausea. For example, mix 0.5 dl of beetroot juice with 2 dl of carrot juice. If you drink pure beet juice with no additives do not drink more than 0.8 dl at once.
