Breakfast that is preparing alone while you sleep? Yes, it is possible!

In the evening, before you go to bed, mix the ingredients in a jar, and when you get up in the morning  breakfast will be waiting for you. Tasty and full of great flavor.

We suggest you to try this combination, and with a little imagination and creative energy can make your favorite variety.
First, prepare the base in a way that you will  pour 1/3 cup of oats in a larger jar, add one tablespoon of chia seeds, ¼ cup milk of choice (almond is fantastic and easily made), ¼ cup of Greek yogurt, and then combine favorites tastes.

We suggest that you try the miracle of carrots,adding two spoons of honey and a teaspoon of cinnamon to base along with  three spoons of grated carrot and a handful of almonds or walnuts.

Blueberries and lemon are a fantastic way to start your day. Mix one teaspoon of vanilla extract, two tablespoons of blueberry jam, a handful of fresh blueberries and a little grated lemon peel with the base and enjoy!

                    
You must feel a fantastic experience of strawberries and chocolate. Prepare it by adding two tablespoons of honey, one teaspoon of cocoa, a handful of fresh chopped strawberries and two diced grated dark chocolate to the base.

But until you don't try a combination of bananas and walnuts, you haven't done anything. This explosion of flavors will immediately awaken you and wish you a great start of the day. Simply add in two tablespoons of maple syrup (or honey), 3 tablespoons of peanut butter, sliced banana and a handful of nuts.

It's party time in the morning. Try to start the day with Piña colada, you will be surprised by the results! In the base, add one tablespoon of banana, two tablespoons of coarsely ground almonds, a handful of fresh pineapple and a tablespoon of coconut flour.
