This is the menu:
Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, one cup of buttermilk (or yogurt)
Dinner: 2 tomatoes or 200ml of tomato puree , 2 boiled eggs, 1 pound of lettuce or the same amount of cucumbers, 2 biscuits
Lunch: 1 orange, 1 egg, 1 cup of buttermilk , 2 toast
Dinner: 125 g of minced beef, 1 tomato (or 100 ml of tomato puree), 1 toast, 1 cup of tea or coffee
Breakfast: 1 orange (or pear, peach, watermelon, cantaloupe similar in size ... - No BANANA!!!), 2 toasts, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar
Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 cup of buttermilk, 1 small head of lettuce
Dinner: 125 g minced beef, 1 orange, 1 toast, 1 cup of coffee or tea
Lunch: 125 g of fresh low-fat cow cheese (you can use mozzarella cheese instead), 1 tomato, 1 toast

For the weekend EAT NORMALLY!
Breakfast: 1 lemonade without sugar (you can use artificial sweeteners)
Lunch: 1 egg, 1 toast, 1 tomato (you can eat one mere apple, Hooray!)
Dinner: 1 toast, 1 tomato (and can even one egg more)
• Do not drink alcohol
• You can eat food hot or cold, BUT it is important to take them in the correct order.
• After five days, you will lose 5.5 - 11 pounds.
* After five days of diet rest for at least 2 days without a diet and eat normally, but MODERATLY. Two days later begin the diet again and repeat it three times; a total of 15 days.
• For fifteen days of the diet(if you reduce days without a diet) you can lose up to 30 pounds, you will not get it back if after diet you eat normally and every on Monday fully follow the menu for the maintaining of body weight.
